Teatr Rysowania ze Stambułu
Pokaz „Teatru Rysowania” odbył się w ramach wizyty w Gdańsku prof. Wiesława Zaremby oraz studentów z Uniwersytetu Sabanci w Stambule. Prezentacje Teatru w wykonaniu studentów oraz aktorki z Polski można było zobaczyć w poniedziałek 7 września 2015 roku w gdyńskiej Galerii Debiut przy Zespole Szkół Plastycznych w Gdyni – Orłowie.
Akcja polegała na oryginalnym połączeniu dwóch rodzajów sztuki – tańca i rysunku. Tańcząca na środku galerii aktorka szkicowana była przez studentów, którzy starali się zanotować na wielkich arkuszach papieru każdy jej ruch. Zazwyczaj studenci rysują nieruchomą modelkę. Ja proponuję trochę ciekawsze zadanie. Oni rysują aktorkę w tańcu – mówi prof. Wiesław Zaremba. Daje to możliwość odgadnięcia zamierzeń choreografa, można zwrócić uwagę na elementy ruchu, których normalnie nie widać – komentuje profesor. – W latach osiemdziesiątych szkicowałem na żywo spektakl Bremeńskiego Teatru Tańca w dniu prób. Nagle oczywiste było założenie choreografa Reinhilda Hoffmanna odwołującego się do malarstwa Breughla. Tancerze kroczyli jeden za drugim jak ślepcy w jego obrazie.
Studenci rysują aktorkę w ruchu, który jest kombinacją klasycznego przedstawienia teatralnego lub etiud na dowolny temat. Procesem rysowania może kierować zarówno aktorka, jak i studenci. Obie strony oddziałują wzajemnie na siebie – tancerka może wpłynąć na przebieg rysowania, a rysujący mogą zmieniać układ jej ciała lub ruchu. Dochodzi do wymiany emocji z pobliskich dziedzin sztuki – z nadzieją, że wspólna inspiracja zrodzi nową jakość w rysunku.
Akcja Artystyczna „Teatr Rysowania” zorganizowana została w ramach współpracy z pedagogami z kierunku Dziennikarstwo i komunikacja społeczna – dr Karoliną Aszyk oraz prof. Zbigniewem Treppą.

Ilke Alkan, Gulash Cansever, Sercin Cabuk, Pelin Dogrul, Zeynep Kaynar, Pelin Maravent, Elif Nuhoglu, Ozge Onay, Ali Tezulas, Ecem Zengin oraz Aksa Baloch – studentka z Pakistanu..
Podobny projekt zrealizowano w 2014 roku na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych we Wrocławiu oraz w ramach Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Teatrów Plenerowych i Ulicznych FETA w 2003 i 2004 roku.
Drawing Theatre
Drawing Theatre is an art project that performed by an actress and students who constantly sketches her movements. This show will be performed by Turkish art students of Sabanci University and Polish actress Anna Rakowska on 7th September, 18.00 pm at Galeria Debuit (ZSP Orłowska 39 , Gdynia).
The concept of Drawing Theatre has been explained by Prof. Wieslaw Zaremba as “Instead of drawing a tepid posing model, I offer my students a more challenging and interesting task by drawing an actress when she acts/dances. Therefore, they have a chance to observe; analyze the movement in action which normally they would not notice by making sketches of a posing model. Furthermore, it is taught how to depict complex movements of human by this practice. It is a way of understanding what a director/choreographer planned in mind. I have had the chance for making sketches in Bremen Dance Theatre performances; that is how I realized this method is severely important in terms of comprehending the choreography. As actors were performing, I have realized that they were making a scene form Bruegel’s famous painting “The parable on the Blind”. The blind people in the painting, was the inspiration of the dance choreography of the Theatre.”
Figure Drawing course has been instructed by Wieslaw Zaremba at Sabanci University, Istanbul in the sophomore year of Sabanci University Visual Arts and Communication Design program. The aim of the course to bring in an insight for students in order to be able drawing for screenplay, stage design or any type of performance related arts. Students have been introduced to basic facial expressions, dance movements, acting scripts or improvisation; as an exchange in the manner of experience in between the actress and an observer. The etude performed is an influence for the students independently/spontaneously offered by the performer; a chance to get through a better artistic level along the exchange in experience and cooperation.
The Drawing Theatre is a performance show has been organized with the cooperation of Prof. Zbigniewa Treppa from Social Sciences Department of Gdansk University, Poland with the participation of Sabanci University, Visual Communication department students from Istanbul : Ilke Alkan, Zeynep Kaynar, Serçin Çabuk, Pelin Dogrul, Elif Nuhoğlu, Gülşah Cansever, Pelin Maravent, Özge Önay, Ecem Zengin, Ali Tezulas, Sedef Ulug and Aqsa H. Baloch who is from Pakistan. Dilay Özgüven is the author of a short movie that has been produced with the participation of Irmak Ecem Aydemir, spesifically for Figure Drawing Course. In the upcoming Gdynia performance, the guests will have an opportunity to see the short movie.
The art project has been performed earlier in Feta Festival 2003 and 2004, also in 2014 at Wroclaw, Poland and FASS Art Gallery, Istanbul.
